Daddy'O Deluxe, a Northwest Suburban Chicago band (Palatine based) is seeking to add a Rhythm Guitarist and a Keyboardist. We’re Blues and Classic Rock based. Our material ranges from Robert Johnson to Eric Clapton in one direction, The Allman Brothers Band to John Hiatt in another, also Hendrix to Humble Pie with some Beatles and the like tossed in for good measure. We’re ready for swing, too, and anything in between with plenty of room for originals. We’re looking for creative players with an ear for dynamics, tone, and “spatial cohesion”, (knowing what - and what not - to play). Vocal ability is a must; at least background vocals with a good sense of harmony. Lead singing would be helpful. Other musical talents are also a plus, (Horns, Harmonica, Percussion, etc). You must have your own gear / amplification. Please… No substance abuse.
